G.F.R.C school of design is the first Comprehensive G.F.R.C. Training class in the nation.

 In our concrete countertop classes we offer an intense hands on training class that teaches you the ins and outs of Glass fiber reinforced concrete.

This is not some pure design class. We teach you everything about G.F.R.C. You don't go home knowing how to design and not how to make a great product.

                  Your instructor Jim Ralston has over 20 years experience in G.F.R.C.He is a master mold maker and casting technician. His experience, knowledge and expertise in this material is unmatched.

What is G.F.R.C?

STRENGTH:Its strength is probably one of its greatest attributes. Measured in tensile strength G.F.R.C will bend before it breaks.This allows you to carry pieces of great size without the worry of cracking.

DESIGN: With G.F.R.C if you can build the mold you can make anything you want. Its as simple as that.

NO STEEL REINFORCEMENT:We have mentioned earlier no re bar. YES no re bar! This enables you to form your countertops in half the time.

FINISH:The finish look of G.F.R.C is Unmatched. Because of the unique techniques to finish G.F.R.C. There are virtually no bug holes. Which means no wasting time slurrying and grinding! Which greatly cuts down on time and labor.

EQUIPMENT:The use of G.F.R.C does not require the purchase of expensive equipment. So if you are already in the countertop business there is no need to worry. The equipment needed can be purchased at your local hardware store.
